Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team as a Generalist, where you will be responsible for essential HR duties, including employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy enforcement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of South African labor laws and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and support for managerial staff on HR matters.
  • Implement and manage health and safety programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with external partners for HR compliance and audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years in HR management roles
