Job Description

In this critical role, the Learning and Development Specialist will assess staff training requirements, create bespoke learning experiences, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization. You will play a vital role in shaping a culture of continuous learning while collaborating with various departments to align training efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of employee development programs across all levels.
• Analyze training effectiveness and adapt programs to meet evolving needs.
• Work closely with management to outline competencies and skills required for various roles.
• Create evaluations to measure knowledge retention and competency enhancements post-training.
• Co-facilitate training sessions with senior leaders to connect strategic goals with employee development.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Master's degree in Education or HR Development is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development or organizational development
