Job Description

As a Kitchen Runner, you will play a critical role in our kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, plating dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. This position requires a hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean food items for cooking, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Set up and break down kitchen stations as required for service.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, assisting in inventory checks.
• Adhere to strict food safety protocols while handling and preparing food.
• Support the kitchen staff during peak service periods to ensure timely meal delivery.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
• Assist with the organization of kitchen supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• No formal education required

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
