Dynamic HR Solutions is looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about people and their development. This role involves managing HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing effective policies. Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
  • Create HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Enhance employee engagement through initiatives and activities.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, providing feedback and support.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in formulating workforce planning strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and managers to promote collaboration.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics and employee feedback for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related field
