Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Centurion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs that align with our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to assess training needs and develop resources that enhance employee performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead training initiatives that boost employee engagement.
  • Identify learning resources and tools to enhance training delivery.
  • Foster teamwork through collaborative learning activities.
  • Conduct evaluation sessions to refine training programs.
  • Adapt training materials based on participant feedback.
  • Organize team-building activities that reinforce learning.
  • Assist in the development of mentorship programs.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees during training.
  • Research innovative training techniques to engage learners.
  • Document training processes and maintain records for compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a similar role with a focus on employee development
