Join our Cape Town office as a skilled Project Manager. You will lead multiple projects, coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met. Your leadership will guide teams to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Identify and address potential roadblocks in project execution.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver project presentations to management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Lead project kick-off meetings to align team expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing diverse projects

• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP)
