We are seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to manage our recruitment processes in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to fill open positions, partnering with department heads.
  • Monitor recruitment analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Engage with candidates to create a welcoming experience.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Ensure all documentation and payroll related to new hires are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in staffing and recruitment
