Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead our HR department in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and compliance, aiming to promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Consult with management on workforce planning and restructuring.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and recommend necessary updates.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration efficiently.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Lead diversity training and cultural awareness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR with a focus on management
