Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to play a crucial role in our HR team. Your primary focus will be managing payroll systems and ensuring compliance with all relevant compensation regulations, while also advising on salary structures and job evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with legal and policy standards.
  • Perform job evaluations and recommend salary structures.
  • Act as a point of contact for manager and employee inquiries regarding compensation.
  • Analyze compensation data to determine trends and best practices.
  • Support HR initiatives in relation to compensation strategies.
  • Prepare compensation-related training and communication materials.
  • Assist with the annual salary review process.
  • Ensure data integrity in compensation and HR systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or Finance is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role managing complex payroll systems
