Responsibilities

• Create detailed job descriptions in collaboration with department heads.
• Utilise social media and networking to promote job openings.
• Evaluate and enhance candidate experience from application through onboarding.
• Deliver regular reports and updates to HR leadership on talent acquisition efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• A Master’s degree or specialization in recruitment is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent management
