Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel's operations in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering outstanding guest experiences while managing a diverse team. Responsibilities include staff management, budget control, and enhancing service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations ensuring all departments provide exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular inspections of property facilities and services.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare annual budgets and set performance objectives.
  • Guide the team in achieving operational targets.
  • Ensure staff is motivated and engaged.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel facilities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust offerings.
  • Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Supervise the planning of events and meetings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications in management are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a related field
