Job Description

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Pretoria. This role focuses on analysing processes and implementing improvements to drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assess operational performance and propose actionable improvement plans.
• Utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making in process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during process changes.
• Regularly review progress with stakeholders to ensure goals are met.
• Document findings and recommend further changes based on continuous feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in process engineering or improvement roles

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP ERP systems.: Knowledge of using SAP for process management and reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.: Familiarity with ISO standards related to manufacturing and process control.
