Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and product promotion.
• Train and mentor new staff in sales techniques and customer service skills.
• Keep up to date with product offerings and industry trends.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the management team to streamline operations.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Certificate in Retail Management or similar qualification
• Experience managing a retail team is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years experience in retail or customer-facing roles

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
