Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring budgets, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise hotel staff, providing guidance and leadership.
  • Manage financial budgets, optimizing costs and driving profitability.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in setting annual goals and objectives for the hotel.
  • Foster team-building activities and enhance employee engagement.
  • Review and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Oversee inventory management and supply procurement.
  • Participate in the development of hotel marketing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 5-7 years in a managerial role within hospitality
