Job Description

Join our Pretoria-based team as a Human Resources Manager, where you will oversee all HR functions. You will be responsible for developing policies, handling employee grievances, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Create and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to enhance decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives for diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Negotiate with external vendors for HR services and benefits.
  • Lead change management efforts by engaging employees throughout transitions.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and changes in legislation.
  • Support the compensation and benefits administration process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA is highly advantageous
