Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company objectives while supporting employee engagement and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Investigate and resolve employee issues or complaints.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement health and safety programs within the workplace.
  • Stay updated on changes in HR legislation affecting the company.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Consultant or specialist
