Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Clinical Research Associate to coordinate clinical trials from startup to completion. You will ensure adherence to protocols, manage study activities, and communicate effectively within the team to support our research goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of study protocols.
• Evaluate and select clinical trial sites and investigators.
• Facilitate communication between parties involved in the clinical research.
• Assist with budget management and financial documentation.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research or related field

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with regulatory submissions: Knowledge in preparing and submitting documentation for regulatory agencies.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP): Understanding of guidelines that govern clinical trial conduct.
