Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and sprint reviews.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project resources and assign tasks effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time within agreed budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Facilitate training sessions for project teams on best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and project management methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the service industry

Technical Skills

• Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana)
• Budget Management
