Job Description

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our hospitality team, responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, managing inventory, and maintaining our high standards for cleanliness. Your leadership will ensure customer satisfaction and a well-organized department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
• Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared for arrival in accordance with hotel standards.
• Prepare schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development plans.
• Maintain open communication with management and other departments to facilitate a seamless guest experience.
• Manage the recycling and waste disposal processes within the hotel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Experience

• 5 years of experience in hospitality, with a focus on housekeeping supervision.

• English: Fluent
