Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will oversee our social media strategy and execution in Durban, focusing on increasing engagement with our audience and building brand loyalty. You will create, curate, and manage published content, and monitor and respond to audience interactions. Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of campaigns are essential. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate risk assessments and develop action plans.
  • Create and distribute compliance newsletters and updates.
  • Assist in the development of compliance communication strategies.
  • Manage the compliance calendar and track deadlines.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to compliance.
  • Provide insights for compliance-related decision-making.
  • Maintain a comprehensive compliance knowledge base.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferable
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in compliance analysis or risk management
Technical Skills
  • Regulatory compliance frameworks
