Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Pretoria. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, ensuring that every detail is perfect and that client expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee venue selection and setup for events.
  • Manage on-site event coordination and troubleshooting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting events.
  • Collect feedback from attendees to improve future events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes and evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning or management
