Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. You'll be responsible for planning and executing a diverse range of events, from weddings and corporate gatherings to community festivals. Your organizational skills and creativity will be key in delivering memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement event marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a database of contacts and vendors for future reference.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure events remain innovative.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
  • Keep records of event budgets, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with local authorities for permits and licenses as needed.

Education
