We are seeking a passionate Travel Consultant to join our Durban office. You will work closely with clients to create personalized travel packages, exploring everything from accommodation to activities, ensuring every detail is covered.

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke travel packages based on client needs.
• Research and recommend travel destinations.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with suppliers.
• Assist clients with travel documentation and insurance.
• Provide post-trip evaluations to clients.
• Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies.
• Respond promptly to client emails and phone calls.
• Conduct follow-up calls with clients post-travel.

Advantageous

• Proficiency in other South African languages: Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Experience with travel social media marketing: Knowledge of using social media for marketing travel packages.
