Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The candidate will oversee the entire food and beverage operation, ensuring top-notch service delivery and efficient management of resources. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and profitability while fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize menu offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify trends.
  • Promote beverage sales through staff training and campaign initiatives.
  • Engage in community networking to promote the establishment.
  • Coordinate with chefs to ensure meal quality and presentation standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or similar
Experience
  • 5+ years in the hospitality industry with at least 2 years in management
