Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Learning and Organizational Development Manager. You will be responsible for creating impactful training programs, assessing learning needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to support employee growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive learning programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse employee populations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to foster organizational learning.
  • Research emerging trends in organizational development to incorporate best practices.
  • Oversee the administration of learning platforms and ensure user engagement.
  • Co-create training materials with subject matter experts for varied training formats.
  • Drive employee engagement through innovative and interactive learning solutions.
  • Assess training impact through qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Monitor compliance with learning and development regulations and standards.
  • Strategize on talent pipeline development to ensure a skilled workforce.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to align training initiatives with performance management systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Master's in Organizational Development is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in learning and organizational development roles
