Responsibilities
Conduct talent acquisition efforts for various roles.
Design and execute training and development programs.
Assist in formulating HR policies and ensuring adherence.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Support conflict resolution and team-building activities.
Facilitate compliance training and HR workshops.
Maintain and update job descriptions and specifications.
Assist in benefits enrollment and employee support.
Analyze and report on workplace trends and employee feedback.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management is a plus
