Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications and make informed decisions regarding approvals.
Communicate with clients to explain loan processes and requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation and records within the loan management system.
Offer guidance to clients on suitable loan products based on their needs.
Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk factors related to loan applications.
Monitor the loan application pipeline to ensure timely processing.

Identify opportunities for service improvement and client satisfaction.
Attend meetings with team members to discuss loan cases and strategies.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
Master’s degree is an advantage
