Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to create detailed engineering drawings.
• Work closely with manufacturing to ensure designs can be produced efficiently.
• Conduct failure analysis and reliability assessments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve designs.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on new technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Prototyping

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Communication skills

Certifications

• Autodesk Certified Professional
• Certified Lean Manufacturing Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
