Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify defects, improve processes, and enhance our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance and load testing to ensure application stability.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing testing methodologies.
• Communicate testing results clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior QA team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications in testing preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance testing

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
