As a Tax Specialist in Pretoria, you will play a key role in our firm's success by providing exceptional tax consulting services to our clients. This role involves assisting in tax audits, researching tax issues, and developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax audits and assist clients in case of disputes.
• Advise clients on tax implications of business decisions.
• Keep thorough documentation for audit trails.
• Analyze financial documents for tax compliance.
• Guide clients in tax incentives and exemptions relevant to their businesses.
• Develop and present tax training materials for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated service delivery.
• Identify risks related to tax compliance and recommend solutions.
• Prepare strategies for mitigating tax liabilities.
• Research international tax regulations for potential client expansion.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related financial field
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CTA) is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in taxation
