Job Description

The Diversity and Inclusion Officer will play a critical role in promoting an inclusive environment within our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance diversity across all levels of the company, ensuring equal opportunities for all.

Responsibilities

• Create actionable plans for diversity recruitment and retention.
• Design educational materials and resources for staff on diversity topics.
• Participate in industry events to promote the organization’s diversity initiatives.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure fair hiring practices are in place.
• Analyze trends affecting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Gather feedback from employees on diversity initiatives to improve programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion or HR
