We are seeking an experienced Career Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding individuals through the career development process and providing support and resources to help them achieve their professional goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one career assessments to guide clients in identifying strengths and interests.
• Provide individualized career coaching to help clients explore career options and make informed decisions.
• Assist clients in preparing personalized career development plans, outlining goals and strategies.
• Deliver engaging workshops focusing on job search techniques, resume crafting, and interview preparation.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in career counselling.
• Monitor client feedback and adjust services based on evolving needs and preferences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in career development or related field
