Job Description

Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Compliance Officer where you'll be responsible for overseeing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and providing training to staff. This role is critical in mitigating risks and ensuring that our practices are forward-thinking and legally sound.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
  • Assist in designing compliance training materials.
  • Engage with external advisors for compliance best practices.
  • Participate in HR strategy development with a compliance focus.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR Certification (e.g., CIPD) preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or related field
