Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain HR policies in accordance with South African labor laws.
  • Manage talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Develop engagement strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Ensure effective communication between management and staff.
  • Monitor performance management systems and provide feedback.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify turnover trends.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
