Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing our HR strategy, improving processes, and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Foster a strong employee experience through engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee HR compliance audits and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and feedback.
  • Coordinate with external HR partners and consultants as needed.
  • Promote health and wellness programs within the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources
