Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts and assist in selecting top talent.
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit interviews.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management regarding HR policies.
Assist in developing training and development strategies.
Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to improve engagement.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as directed.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Promote wellness programs to support employee health.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
