Job Description

In your new role as a UX Designer, you'll have the opportunity to influence product development from concept to launch. Utilize your skills in usability testing and design thinking to refine interface designs that delight users and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather valuable insights.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to present design concepts.

• Ensure consistency in UI and UX across all products.
• Translate complex user requirements into functional and user-friendly designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and user experience best practices.
• Benchmark industry standards to deliver competitive design interfaces.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Create and maintain design documentation that outlines guidelines.
• Advocate for users by engaging in a user-centered design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• Figma
• User Research

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer
• NNG UX Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
