We are looking for skilled Tool Grinders, Filers, and Sharpeners who will be responsible for the precise grinding and finishing of cutting tools and components. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various grinding equipment and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grinding operations for various cutting tools and gauges.
• Perform quality checks to uphold high production standards.
• Work alongside the production team to meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and rectify equipment issues promptly.
• Evaluate tool performance and recommend adjustments for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Toolmaking or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in tool grinding

Technical Skills

• Advanced CNC programming
• Surface grinding

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time management

Certifications

• Safety training certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• ISO 9001 training: Understanding of quality management systems.
