Quality Assurance Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Tester to ensure our software meets the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in manual testing, automated testing, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive testing.
• Collaborate in agile development teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the development cycle.
• Assist in defining and implementing the overall testing strategy.
• Identify test cases to be automated, and script them using relevant automation tools.
• Engage in peer reviews of test cases and results.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for new features.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• Certifications in QA methodologies are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium WebDriver
• TestNG
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in agile testing environments: Experience working in Agile projects and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development processes: Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
