Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection of new employees.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for staff development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
• Manage employee recognition programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies.
• Provide counsel on various HR issues, such as conflict resolution.
• Assist employees with inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on labor laws and best practices in HR management.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or diploma in HR Management
• Advanced HR qualifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR Management

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5

Languages
