• Utilize social media and industry contacts for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and assessments.
• Provide guidance to hiring teams on recruitment processes.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics.
• Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in initiatives to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Build relationships with employment agencies and universities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• HR management certification preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
