Job Description

The Flight Reservations Manager is vital in overseeing the reservation process, ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding customer service. The manager will lead a team focused on optimizing our booking systems and coordinating with multiple departments to enhance flight operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor flight reservations team members to ensure high service standards.
  • Develop and implement improvements to the reservation processes.
  • Analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Assist in the training of new team members in systems and operations.
  • Work with IT to troubleshoot reservation system issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on reservation performance metrics.
  • Optimize team schedules to align with peak booking times.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the reservations team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced certifications in travel or airline management are preferred
Experience
  • 5 years in a leadership role within reservations or customer service
