We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to support our HR department in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Responsibilities

  • Support talent acquisition strategies by sourcing high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct employee onboarding processes and introduce new hires to company policies.
  • Manage employee benefits and assist with payroll inquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and complaints.
  • Update and maintain HR databases and employee files.
  • Assist in policy formulation related to employee welfare.
  • Participate in succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) preferred

  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
