Responsibilities
Create and deliver engaging training content and activities.
Analyze training outcomes to recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and support to employees post-training.
Coordinate logistics for training events and workshops.
Liaise with external training providers and consultants.
Establish metrics for training success and employee performance.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Experience
2-5 years of experience in learning and development or HR roles
