Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning and Development Coordinator in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that promote employee development and skills enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver engaging training content and activities.
  • Analyze training outcomes to recommend improvements.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees post-training.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events and workshops.
  • Liaise with external training providers and consultants.
  • Establish metrics for training success and employee performance.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation.
  • Incorporate technology and tools to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in learning and development or HR roles
