In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions across industries. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for talent and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the recruitment efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Liaise with external recruitment agencies when necessary.
• Train and mentor junior recruitment team members on best practices.
• Evaluate recruitment processes and recommend changes for improvement.
• Engage with passive candidates to understand their career objectives.
• Attend networking events to expand professional connections.
• Provide regular feedback to candidates post-interview.
• Manage recruitment advertising and ensure job descriptions are engaging.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations

Experience

• 3+ years in a recruitment role with proven success
