We are on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Durban. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various positions across industries. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for talent and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build strong relationships with client hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media and job boards, to identify candidates.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and labor market conditions.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the company brand.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations

Experience

• 3+ years in a recruitment role with proven success
