• Coordinate special events and promotions to boost restaurant visibility.
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Evaluate staffing needs and optimize schedules based on customer flow.
• Lead by example in providing the highest levels of customer service.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Culinary Arts or Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
