Responsibilities

  • Supervise all hotel departments to guarantee a unified approach to guest service.
  • Develop and monitor departmental budgets.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and set objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Promote the hotel and its services through networking and community engagement.
  • Implement quality assurance and service improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate guest feedback for service enhancements.
  • Control costs and maximize profitability.
  • Manage purchasing and procurement of supplies.
  • Coordinate with maintenance for property upkeep and repairs.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations
