We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our team in efficient project execution in Durban. The successful candidate will supervise construction sites from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the construction process from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with designs.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
• Prepare budgets, manage costs, and forecast project expenses.
• Lead safety meetings and encourage safe working practices.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and orders of materials.
• Anticipate and resolve construction-related issues proactively.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project status and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
