Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our team in efficient project execution in Durban. The successful candidate will supervise construction sites from initial planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Develop project schedules and budgets in collaboration with clients and the team.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare and present project reports to internal and client stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues related to construction processes and contracts.
• Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation.
• Implement and uphold company standards and best practices in construction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
