Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Psychologist to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will work closely with children experiencing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges, providing assessments, therapy, and support to families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Review requirements and design specifications to identify testable requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing.
• Monitor and analyze testing metrics to drive quality improvements.
• Actively participate in sprint planning and retrospective meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or similar field

Experience

• 3-5 years of similar experience in a Quality Assurance role

Technical Skills

• Load Testing
• Test Automation Frameworks

• Analytical Thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a leadership role: Experience mentoring junior QA team members.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes: Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery practices.
