Job Description

We are looking for an Exhibit Planner to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will leverage their creativity to design and organize exhibitions that leave a lasting impression. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their vision, creating innovative layouts, and managing logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed exhibition designs and project timelines.
  • Liaise with clients to finalize designs and confirm expectations.
  • Supervise the construction and installation phases of exhibitions.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports and documentation on exhibition outcomes and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or management

Advantageous
